Delivery
Physical orders are dispatched by our contracted courier to addresses across the EU. We aim to deliver within 14 days of order confirmation; estimated times are shown at checkout. Delays caused by incorrect address details, the recipient being unavailable, force majeure or courier disruptions are outside our control. Digital products are available in your account immediately after payment.
Checking your parcel
Inspect the parcel before accepting it. If it is visibly damaged, do not accept it—ask the courier to record a damage report and contact us. Once a parcel is accepted as undamaged, the courier is deemed to have completed delivery.
Cancelling an order
Before your order is dispatched you can cancel it for a full refund, including delivery, paid back by the same method. Once it has been dispatched, cancellation is handled as a return (below).
Returns & right of withdrawal
Under EU law you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without reason (see the Distance Selling Agreement). Items must be unused, in resaleable condition and in their original packaging, returned with proof of purchase. You can request a cancellation or return from your account's order page for up to 15 days after dispatch.
Return shipping & refunds
If a product is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. Otherwise the direct cost of return is yours. Approved refunds are processed once the goods reach us and pass inspection; card refunds typically appear within 7 days, depending on your bank.
