What are cookies
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device so it can recognise it on later visits. Alongside cookies we use a small amount of local browser storage for the same purposes. We use them to run the store, remember your choices, and—only with your consent—to measure traffic and support marketing. This policy explains which cookies we set, why, how long they last and how to control them, and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
First- and third-party cookies
First-party cookies are set by eu.leanfitbygame.com itself (cart, login, language and your consent choices). Third-party cookies may be set by our payment providers (iyzico, PayTR) during checkout to process your payment securely, and—only if you consent—by analytics or advertising partners. We never sell your data.
Strictly necessary cookies (always on)
These are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off. They include: “cart_token”, which keeps your basket while you shop as a guest (about 30 days); the login/session and security cookies set by our authentication system, which keep you signed in and protect against cross-site request forgery (their lifetime depends on whether you choose “remember me” at login); “NEXT_LOCALE”, which remembers your chosen language; and “cookie_consent”, which stores your cookie choices for up to 1 year so the banner does not reappear on every visit. As these are essential to deliver the service you requested, they are used on the basis of our legitimate interest and do not require consent.
Analytics cookies (consent)
If you allow analytics, we use cookies to understand how the store is used—pages visited, approximate traffic and errors—so we can improve it. These are only set after you opt in and are not used to identify you personally.

If you allow marketing, cookies may be used to personalise offers and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns, potentially across other sites. These are only set after you opt in.
Your consent and how we record it
On your first visit a banner lets you Accept all, Reject all (keeping only strictly necessary cookies) or choose categories under “Customise”. We log each decision—date, the categories you chose, your language and a hashed (anonymised) IP address—as proof of consent under the GDPR, without storing your IP in raw form.
Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change your mind at any time: delete the “cookie_consent” cookie (or clear all site cookies) to make the banner appear again, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers also let you refuse cookies or warn you before one is stored. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
Retention
Cookie lifetimes range from the end of your browsing session up to the durations noted above (e.g. cart about 30 days, consent record up to 1 year). Consent-based cookies are kept no longer than necessary for their purpose and are removed when you withdraw consent.
