Scope
This agreement applies to distance contracts between [Company Legal Name] and EU consumers via eu.leanfitbygame.com, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods; for digital content not on a tangible medium, see the exception below.
How to withdraw
Inform us by a clear statement (email to info@leanfitbygame.com) before the 14-day period ends, or use the model withdrawal form. We will refund all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method.
Returns
You must send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of return unless the item is defective or incorrect. Goods should be unused and in resaleable condition; you are liable for diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary. See the Delivery & Returns policy for the practical steps.
Digital products exception
For digital products delivered immediately, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download begins.
